To celebrate our latest release on Naxos Records, we bring back all the artists who were involved in the project in a concert featuring works from the recording! Special guest artist and co-curator Laura Hynes (soprano) returns to Calgary to join Land’s End Ensemble, Karl Hirzer (conductor), and many more in a dynamic performance of John Corigliano’s Mr. Tambourine Man: Seven Poems of Bob Dylan, the Calgary premieres of Aaron Gervais’ comical Sensational Revolutions in Medicine inspired by spam emails, and Reena Esmail’s Dhire-Dire inspired by Hindustani classical tradition. Also featured is Vincent Ho’s virtuosic and mystical trio, Gryphon Realms.
